Tubeless Tyre
Puncture Repair

Professional internal diagnostic repairs that seal punctures permanently, preserving tyres for safe highway speeds.

Emergency Rope Plugs vs. Mushroom Patches

Most roadside puncture repairs use a quick "rope plug" pushed from the outside. While simple, it does not seal the inner tyre lining. Moisture and road grit seep through the plug, causing the internal steel belt wires to rust and eventually triggering high-speed tread separations.

We execute internal repairs. The tyre is dismounted to inspect the interior carcass, buffed, and fitted with an **internal mushroom patch** (combi-plug). The patch stem fills the puncture cavity while the round patch seals the inner liner, keeping moisture out and maintaining safety.

Our Repair Process

1

Leak Detection

We submerge the tyre in a water diagnostic bath to identify microscopic leaks or punctures.

2

Dismounting & Inspection

The tyre is removed to confirm the internal casing has no run-flat sidewall damage.

3

Mushroom Patch Fitting

We drill the puncture path, buff the inner liner, apply chemical adhesive, and fit the patch.

Why Choose Our Professional Repairs?

Restored Structural Safety

Mushroom patches seal the inner steel casing, preventing wire corrosion and tread delamination.

Permanent Seal

Say goodbye to annoying slow leaks that drop tyre pressures by 2-3 PSI every week.

Save Tyre Cost

Proper patches save tyres with plenty of tread remaining, avoiding replacement costs.

Speed Integrity

An internal vulcanized patch preserves the speed rating of high-performance tyres safely.
